Nourishing mothers with warmth and wisdom

Sutika Kala- In Ayurveda, the first 42 days postpartum are considered a sacred recovery window.

According to this tradition, how well a mother is cared for during this time sets the foundation for her health and vitality for the next 42 years.

Be held, be nourished, be restored

Whole-person postpartum care rooted in Ayurvedic tradition.

Welcome

Postpartum was once considered a sacred time. Somewhere along the way, it became an afterthought. My mission is to help bridge that gap through nurturing, thoughtful postpartum care rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda.

~ Retreat. Warmth. Support. Rest. Ritual. ~

As a board-certified holistic registered nurse with over a decade of nursing experience, I believe healing begins with nourishment, rest, and compassionate support. My approach blends modern clinical understanding with traditional postpartum wisdom to help mothers feel cared for, grounded, and deeply supported during the fourth trimester.

Whether I’m preparing warm, healing meals, creating restorative herbal rituals, or simply holding space for a new mother to rest, my goal is always the same: to help you recover with intention and confidence.

I would love to hold you with care through this most tender passage.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing systems, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda literally translates to “the science of life”. It’s a way of understanding the body as part of nature, not separate from it.

In Ayurvedic tradition, the postpartum period is considered one of the most vulnerable and sacred transitions a woman will ever move through.

You don’t need to know anything about Ayurveda to receive this care.

All you have to do is allow yourself to be nourished.
